Code Orange!

Reds and plums can become mundane and the “go-to” colors for fall.  Want to shake up your makeup routine?  Add orange.  Orange shadows give a warm glow to eyelids or as a highlight to cheeks.  Deeper skin tones wear this color very well.  Orange shadow applied to the center of your lids near the lash line add just a pop of color.  As always, blend, blend, then blend again.  The shadow pictured above is Orange by MAC.   But of course, you can use the same concept with the line of your choice.

So how do you complete this look?  You don’t have to forsake your favorite shade of lipstick or lipgloss to wear this.  It’s a nice accent of color, so don’t feel compelled to match your lips to the perfect shade of orange.  The orange will brighten up your look and add a bit of warmth.  Just mix it up and rock it out!
