Wow! I can’t believe it’s been three years ago this week since I pushed the “publish” button for the first time. A true beauty junkie to the core, I started this blog wanting to share new finds and dish on the latest in makeup, creams, lotions and potions.
I also wanted a place to voice my concerns about the velvet rope mentality of the beauty industry, eschew the impossible standards, and remove the negative labels. I wanted to create a sweet spot for beauty. A safe zone where beauty just is! Of course, I didn’t always stick to the plan. I threw in some news about a shoe (or two), an event, a destination. Beauty doesn’t have to be limited to the products you buy or makeup techniques-it can touch every aspect of living.
I thank all of you who have been with me from the beginning or joined me along the way. I’m so grateful that you’ve stuck with me. Your support has kept me going. I love blogging and my only goal is to get better and to grow.
My intention has been, and still is, to inspire, encourage and celebrate the beauty in all of us. Stay tuned! There’s more to come.
