The Look: Using a black eyeliner pencil, line your eyes extending the edges to a winged point. Then using a brush, gently smudge the liner inward allowing the color blend over your eyelid. For balance, be sure that the winged tip does not extend beyond your the tail of your brow. I suggest: MAC’s Khol Black Eyeliner pencil.
