Janet Jackson graces the cover of Harper’s Bazaar Arabia this month-looking absolutely fabulous. The shaggy windblown cut is a nice change up from the sleek short cut and the bold color clothes are hot. But what I really like is that they made the dramatic eye and understated lip work for every shot.
A nude or pale lip can work well with so many looks. To get the look start by making sure that you apply your foundation to your lips as well so that you start with an even canvas. Then choose a pencil that is close to your natural skin tone or close the lipstick of your choice. Personally I prefer to use a lipstick and then follow with a gloss. But you can wear a clear gloss or go without it altogether.
