In my quest for the perfect fragrance, I recently stumbled across a winner. Tocca’s Brigitte is a welcome change from my shelves of soft floral perfume bottles. Brigitte, named after the actress Brigitte Bardot, has notes of saffron, ginger and Moroccan rose. It’s soft, flirty and the scent of spice subdues the floral. It really is a pleasant balance. I often find that as the weather cools, I don’t always want to smell like spring flowers.
