In case you haven’t been watching the news, Venus Williams is making a fashion statement at the French Open. Her French maid tennis outfit is risque but the almost flesh tone shorts underneath give the illusion that she’s showing off her assets. The sports world and the French audience is talking about it.

I think it’s time Venus amped up her style on the court. She’s a designer and she’s showing her creative, not her bum. Besides, isn’t France known for Fashion. It was the perfect place to try that. I think people need to just have something to talk about. The funniest comment I heard was from news anchor TJ Holmes as he introduced the story with, “Lawd Have Mercy!”
