Like a moth to a flame I could not turn away when I saw Lancome’s French Coquette Collection for fall. Fall makeup trends usually take on a dark, serious, sometimes brooding tone. The French Coquette collection is anything but. As if the name “coquette” weren’t a clue, this collection is playful, fresh and anything but serious. It strikes just the right balance between flirtatious and fun for Spring/Summer while offering slightly deeper and richer shades for fall.
I love the eyes especially with the hint of lavender around the eye for the “Daria” look on the left. The lipstick on the model on the right is Le Lipstique Mauvelle-the “Elettra” look.
