Now that I do my hair at home more often, I’m really getting acquainted with new products. Moroccan Hair Oil is one that I had heard raves about, but had never really tried myself. Recently my mom got turned on to it and bought me an entire kit as a gift (thanks, mommy). So I was eager to try it out for myself.
I started with the shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, etc. The first thing I noticed is that it smells wonderful. That’s a plus for any hair product. But I was amazed at how soft my hair was after using the products. I was singing like Michael Jackson, “the way you make me feel…ooh.” Now I see what the hype is all about. My hair tangles quite a bit and I have a tender scalp, so how well I can detangle and comb thru is a huge deal for me. It was no problem. the products are to be applied to damp hair so that helps.
Now being the salon girl that I am, I had a chat with my stylist, who uses the products also. What I really wanted to know was would I be able to use this to amplify my curl pattern-after all they do have a product for that. It’s like any other product, it will work for some folks and not others. For now, I still need to use another product to keep my curls tight for a few days. But I’m loving this. It is officially a part of my routine.
