Lion’s Gate has just released the trailer for the upcoming film For Colored Girls. The movie is based on the play For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Is Enuf by Ntozake Shange. This has been on my must read list for a while. I can’t wait to see the movie. While it’s not lost on me that this is serious subject matter, I’m looking forward to the styles and makeup created for this film. Perry usually does a good job with that, which seems to often go unnoticed. But we’ll get to that later. For now, here’s a peek at For Colored Girls.
