Last night Beyonce delivered on what was probably the most highly-anticipated Super Bowl half-time shows ever. Like millions of others, I was glued to the television enjoying every moment. Whether you're playing to a sold-out crowd at the Super Dome or starting a small business it's important to establish relationships, network, and build a team that can support you in realizing your goals.
Just when you thought "stop hatin'" was the most over-used phrase, there's another contender for the title. Is it me or does it seem like whenever someone mentions the possibility of something potentially positive, exciting, inviting, satisfying or a glimmer of hope some naysayer says, "yeah, but"...does that mean that you have to scratch your goals, relinquish your determination, abandon courage and defer your dreams?
